1975年为加强拓展马来西亚业务，裕豐（马）有限公司、裕华（东马）有限公司先后在西马的吉隆坡及东马的古晋成立。
自创业以来，裕豐就一直坚持提供著名药厂优质产品。
其中兰州佛慈制药股份有限公司，从1957年起就已经委托裕丰参茸药行为新马汶总经销；兰州佛慈是一家具有近百年制药历史的市属国有控股上市公司和“中华老字号”企业。
The company business model in the early days started off with importing Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) and selling them in Singapore with the belief of healing with medicine at affordable cost.
In 1957, Joo Hong Medical Hall became a distributor for TCM and health products, representing and distributing for several renowned brands of Chinese Patent Medicine from China, including Lanzhou Foci, a stated-owned listed enterprise, Tianjin Central Pharmaceutical and had also developed own Feng brand products.
In 1975, the company grew and expanded to Malaysia, thus founded Yue Fong (M) Sdn. Bhd. to reach a bigger market.
